Previously, students who failed a final exam in a Florida post-license course were required to wait 30 days before taking a different final exam.
The rules were changed so that students who fail the final exam in a post-licensing course may retake a different exam immediately.
The rule applies only to sales associate and broker post-licensing courses. The rule does NOT apply to pre-licensing courses for sales associates and brokers. A student who fails a pre-licensing course final exam must wait 30 days before taking a different final exam. A student can take only two exams for the course.
