I had been wanting to get my real estate license for a while, but I am a stay at home mom and needed to get it done online. I did some research with some of the bigger schools and came across Compass Real Estate Academy. I read the glowing reviews from people, and for the price I thought I would give it a shot. He let me ask all the “dumb” questions I had and always took the time to explain things thoroughly. If he wasn’t available when I called, he called right back always willing and happy to help. He really made the whole online experience more of a classroom like experience. I made it through the classes in 5 weeks and got my license on the first try. What a great way to study, understand, and obtain a real estate license. I did not have time for a physical classroom setting so this was the only option for me. Not only did Blaise take my phone calls any and every time I called but he helped me understand material in the way I could interpret it!. If you are thinking of obtaining a Florida real estate license, then this review is a must read! I just finished the real estate pre-licensing month long course and passed my class exam with a 95 – the highest score in my class. I am writing this review because I feel that my success was due in great part to the instruction of the Doral location, evening teacher, Paolo Lusardi. Yes, you will have many educational materials and resources to use during your personal time, and I suggest you utilize them. Study, study, study every chance you get. But for me, the most important resource was having a teacher that engages the students and who is witty, funny, and genuinely cares for their students’ success. Compass Real Estate Academy Real Estate course is very comprehensive. You are given a large text book, and have access to a separate booklet glossary of real estate terms (ask for this in the front office if your teacher doesn’t provide it for you). You also have access to online chapter reviews and chapter questions and answers, as well as 18 youtube videos on math. If you are plugged-in in class, follow your instructor’s directions and do your homework, you will pass your class exam on the first try!
