Clearing Title

• Issue a clear and marketable title to the buyer – this is a Title Agent’s core responsibility.

• Obtain and clear two reports: City/Municipality & County (title) search

• All issues on reports must be cleared prior to closing – This is to ensure the new purchaser will have a clear title.
